I am Satyajeet David, in to Administration & HR by profession and a Chef cum Food Blogger & Restaurant Reviewer by passion. An artist & music lover but when it comes to culinary skills, just can’t hold my excitement about creating something new out of the box… Zara Hatke 😇

Born in the Port City of Paradip in Odisha, India, I started cooking in my childhood to assist my Mom in the Kitchen. Also, inspired by my Dad who always insisted that irrespective of the gender one should learn the basics of cooking to be self sufficient & survive under any circumstances.

As I grew up to a young man, the culinary basics inherited from my Parents & Grandmom catalysed my venture in the Culinary World experimenting new permutations & combinations, more so while I lived as a bachelor alone in Gurgaon working for a MNC.

My inherent skills flared up & got a platform to be showcased when I got selected from Lucknow auditions for the Television Show Masterchef India Season – 2 aired on Star Plus in September 2011.

As the journey continued further, I bagged the prestigious Aditya Birla Award in November 2016 for my innovative recipe amongst all the contestants from the Global Companies of the ABG Group.

Winning the Foodfiesta Indore 2017 organized by Livingfoodz Television Channel recently added another feather to my hat. I was selected by the Celebrity Chefs Pankaj Bhadouria & Ranveer Brar through the cook off challenge thrown by them during the live event.

Apart from getting an opportunity to be featured in the National Television channel, I continue my venture in the Culinary World writing Food Blogs and exploring “Creative & Healthy Cooking” especially on weekends while I continue to work for a Business Corporate House in Mumbai, India.
